Canadian Cancer Society     Dr Soulières practiced in oncology at CHUM mainly specializing in Head and Neck and genito-urinary cancers. He directed the Special Hematology Lab/Molecular Diagnostic lab for hematologic and oncologic diseases. His research interests are immunotherapy and targeted agents, with a specialization in the identification of clinical biomarkers. Dr Soulières published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers and as many abstracts in medical conferences. Moreover, he contributes to public cancer awareness via op-eds, conferences and media interventions. He holds the title of Full Professor at Université de Montréal and acts as a consultant for the scientific development of several groups and the Canadian Cancer Society. #### Jean-Sébastien Fallu, Ph.D. ###### Full Professor ##### - Université de Montréal   Jean-Sébastien Fallu is a full professor at the School of Psychoeducation, Université de Montréal, and editor-in-chief of Drogues, santé et société. His research focuses on the causes and prevention of problems related to alcohol and other drug use, harm reduction, stigma, and drug policy. He is also interested in knowledge translation and in how research informs intervention practices and public policy. His analyses also draw on situated knowledge grounded in his lived and living experience of drug use. --- #### Adam Sherk, Ph.D. ###### Sr Scientist ###### - CCDUS   Dr Adam Sherk is Senior Scientist and Special Policy Advisor at the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Victoria. His research focuses on substance use epidemiology, alcohol-attributable harms, health economics and alcohol policy. He has authored over 55 scientific articles, was an author of Canada’s Guidance on Alcohol and Health and is a lead investigator on the ongoing Canadian Substance Use Costs and Harms project.
